Systematic portfolio management.
Built for how boutique DPMs actually work.
The platform is built and running — it has not yet executed in a live account. That is the milestone the Proof Partners first production period achieves.
The eleven steps
From universe screening to funded, trade-ready positions. Three roles. Every action logged.
Screenshots below show steps 05, 07–08, and operational views. Full eleven-step walkthrough →
- ✓ Multiple clients, any mandate size
- ✓ Listed equities, any exchange, any currency — SGX, LSE, NYSE, NASDAQ, HKEX, SIX, ASX, TSE configured and active. Any listed equity market is a configuration, not a development task — configurable in under 60 seconds without a developer or deployment. BW-03 ↗
- ✓ Mandates with a fixed income component: Vektor manages the listed equity element as a distinct mandate, independent of fixed income holdings
- ✓ Multi-market simultaneous execution — SGX, LSE, NYSE, NASDAQ, HKEX, SIX, ASX, TSE; any listed equity market configurable in under 60 seconds
- ✓ Portfolio optimisation (10,000 configurations)
- ✓ Per-instrument signal selection & optimisation — grid search across SMA, EMA, MACD, Bollinger Bands, RSI, and Stochastic Oscillator, Sharpe-ranked per holding
- ✓ XGBoost ML signal validation
- ✓ Lot sizing & order generation
- ✓ Full audit trail & compliance documentation
- ✓ Role-based access control — five roles (Admin, Portfolio Manager, Analyst, Compliance, Viewer) with immutable production permissions
- ✓ Order queuing & Slack notifications
- ✓ Multi-currency FX infrastructure
- ✓ Order and trade API pre-configured to OpenWealth standards — connects to any OpenWealth-compatible custodian or wealth platform
- ✓ Role-based access control — five roles (Admin, Portfolio Manager, Analyst, Compliance, Viewer) with granular Read / Write / Approve permissions, seeded via database migration and immutable in production
- ● Live account execution — order routing validated via Interactive Brokers paper trading gateway; production routing to OpenWealth-connected and compatible execution infrastructure. IBKR connectivity is validated. Live order submission — real-money execution — begins with the first Proof Partner's first production period.
- ● Real-time position updates post-fill
- ● Live P&L & performance dashboards
- ● Maker/checker workflow — institutional approval gate for order generation and execution
- ● Client reporting portal
- ○ Expanded market coverage beyond current eight exchanges — follows Proof Partners milestone
- ○ External PMS integration via API
- ○ Automated rebalancing
- ○ SAA & model portfolios
Vektor alongside your existing infrastructure
- ✓ Real-time price monitoring
- ✓ News and corporate action alerts
- ✓ Client reporting
- ✓ Fixed income and structured product coverage
- ✓ Compliance screening against client restrictions
- ✓ Universe screening (replaces Bloomberg screen-based filtering)
- ✓ Portfolio optimisation (replaces BOPT or Excel-based optimisation)
- ✓ Technical indicator selection and optimisation
- ✓ Allocation calculation (replaces Excel weight-to-quantity conversion)
Vektor does not replace Bloomberg. It replaces the Excel-based or Bloomberg-screen-based portfolio construction workflow that sits alongside it. A DPM requiring Bloomberg-quality data can substitute a Bloomberg data feed as the market data source — a configuration change, not an architectural one.
Data residency
The current deployment is in AWS ap-southeast-1 (Singapore). The architecture is region-agnostic by design — a configuration choice, not a structural dependency. Data does not leave the configured AWS region as part of normal platform operation.
| Jurisdiction | AWS region | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Singapore | ap-southeast-1 | Current deployment. MAS PDPA / MAS TRM compliant. |
| United Kingdom | eu-west-2 | Configurable. FCA/PRA framework. UK GDPR. |
| Switzerland | eu-central-1 | Configurable. FINMA / nFADP (DSG) compliant. |
| Hong Kong | ap-east-1 | Configurable. SFC/HKMA framework. |
A specific question? For example:
"The platform uses Yahoo Finance for data — is Bloomberg available for production use?"
Direct factual response. No data-gathering. No bullshit.
Platform screenshots
SGX, NYSE/NASDAQ, and LSE were run simultaneously on 21 May 2026. The two allocation figures below isolate the effect of lot-size structure on capital deployment efficiency: board-lot markets (SGX, 100 shares minimum) produce a rounding residual; single-share-lot markets (NASDAQ) eliminate it.
Lot sizes are a configuration parameter. The platform applies the correct rule per exchange automatically — no developer involvement, no deployment. WP-03: Capital Allocation Precision ↗
Access control and audit
Audit trail and role-based access are not afterthoughts. This is what they look like in production.
